- Top Textile (Suzhou) Co Ltd entered into another assets transfer with Wujiang Jinlong to acquire 54 air-jet looms and 1 air compressor.

2007 |
- Top Textile (Suzhou) Co Ltd entered into an assets transfer agreement with Wujiang Jinlong to acquire all its businesses and certain assets and liabilities.
- Top Textile (Suzhou) Co Ltd commenced operations after acquiring 76 new Somet air-jet looms and 24 Somet dobby air-jet looms.

2006 |
- Top Textile (Suzhou) Co Ltd acquired a piece of land measuring approximately 64,000 sq m located at Huaying Village, Lili Town, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province and commenced the construction of a factory, office building and dormitory building with an aggregated built-up area of approximately 30,000 sq m.
- Top Textile (Suzhou) Co Ltd was incorporated to engage in the manufacturing and sale of fabric products. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Be Top (BVI).
- Be Top Group Limited, an investment holding company, was incorporated in British Virgin Islands.

2004 |
- Wujiang Jinlong embarked on another phase of facilities expansion and the purchase of 59 air-jet looms. 28 dobby water-jet looms were purchased the following year and another 8 looms were purchased 2 years later.

2003 |
- Improvement in production and processing techniques led to the production of higher-margined complex cotton fabrics.

2002 |
- Wujiang Jinlong further acquired 2 pieces of land approximately 6,800 sq m adjacent to its existing factories and constructed 3 additional workshops with an aggregated built-up area of approximately 2,200 sq m. Wujiang Jinlong also acquired 36 Japanese-made Toyota air-jet looms, 12 Toyota dobby air-jet looms and 32 water-jet looms to produce cotton and patterned fabrics to improve production efficiency. This lead to the start of sales orders from established companies which are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

2001 |
- With the completion of the new workshops, Wujiang Jinlong acquired an additional 12 PRC-made air-jet looms for the expansion of their production capacity of cotton and synthetic fabrics.

2000 |
- Wujiang Jinlong acquired 10 PRC-made dobby air-jet looms in June 2000 and 48 Japanese-made air-jet looms in December 2000.

1999 |
- Wujiang Jinlong further acquired an adjacent piece of land approximately 6,000 sq m and expanded its production facility by building 3 additional workshops with an aggregated built-up area of approximately 5,500 sq m.
- Founders of Be Top Group, Pan Ding and Pan Dong, established Wujiang Jinlong to commence the production of cotton and synthetic loom-state fabrics. The founders acquired 10 air-jet looms and set up a factory with built-up area of 1,770 sq m located on a 3,000 sq m land in Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province in the PRC.
